The law firm of Valerian Law, PC, with co-class counsel Equal Rights Advocates and Medina Orthwein LLP, obtained a mediated resolution of class action claims on behalf of a class of SFO airport workers. The Settlement Class consists of all current and former employees of CAS at San Francisco International Airport (“CAS-SFO”) who requested accommodations for their pregnancy or pregnancy-related medical condition(s) and/or took any kind of leave or other time off from active duty for their pregnancy or pregnancy-related medical condition(s) while employed at CAS-SFO at any time between August 2, 2016 to July 31, 2018.
